Shale & Tight is accepting online applications for the position of Technician VOC / Emissions located in Greeley Colorado through April 9th 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Conduct and document ECD preventative maintenance and site inspections to ensure proper safeguard operation ECD efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Perform or initiate any manufacturer required repairs.
Assemble and repair oil field machinery/equipment.
Provide assistance to Operations as needed.
Develop document and implement quality control procedures.
Maintain company vehicle to ensure ability to safely and effectively perform required tasks.
Abide by all Chevron Control of Work Standards and Standard Operation Procedures.
Demonstrate commitment to safety and reducing environmental impact in all job aspects.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Valid Drivers license
1-2 years of experience in Oil & Gas.
Understanding of Reg 7 standard.
Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation.
Ability to pass a pre-employment physical ability test
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of equipment and tools commonly used in the oil and gas industry.
Self-starter: possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Problem Solving: presents recommendations and builds on ideas of others. Possesses skills and knowledge to solve problems within job scope of work.
Work well within a team.
Basic knowledge with computers and technology.
