Overview
Hiring Now - Maintenance Assistant
Aegis Living San Rafaelis looking for a Maintenance Assistant to assist the Maintenance Director in the general maintenance and repair of our assisted living community and works for the lowest-cost solutions to maintenance issues.
Schedule: Thursday-Monday

Responsibilities
What You Will Do:
- Perform repairs and do preventative maintenance on mechanicals
- Prepare rooms for new residents
- Communicate effectively with residents other staff and Maintenance Director on updates or issues that need to be addressed
Qualifications
Who You Are:
- Knowledge of and/or ability to learn the theory and practice of facilities and operations systems management in an assisted living and dementia care community
- Skilled at building relationships with residents and staff members
- Ability to maintain resident confidentiality
- Knowledge and/or ability to learn federal state and local regulations
- Must be willing to take 2-step TB test
