Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Demonstrate and explain vehicle features options and benefits.
- Negotiate sales prices and terms to close deals effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory and promotions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related retail sales environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales software.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
