Are you passionate about beauty and looking for an exciting opportunity to make a real impact Join Boots as aBeauty Advice Model Assistantin Nottingham where youll be at the heart of our Beauty experience!
In this role you will support our Beauty Crew and Branded Advisor teams ensuring they have the insights and data they need to excel every day. Youll be reporting to the Beauty Advice Model Manager and will play a crucial part in maintaining our core processes helping over 4500 colleagues deliver exceptional service to our customers.
What youll be doing
Inputting reviewing and maintaining accurate commercial information for our Branded Advisors
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate store budgets
Managing the invoicing process to keep costs aligned with the budget and ensuring timely payments to suppliers
Creating insightful data to support effective decision-making within the team
Building strong relationships across the team with other functions and our stores
What youll need to have (our must-haves)
Confidence with data and analytics
Proficient Excel skills including the ability to write formulas and manipulate data
Strong numerical understanding with the ability to interpret and analyse information spotting errors and patterns
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
A team player with great communication skills
Ability to deliver results at pace
