Exciting Opportunity: Area Manager Multifamily
Location: Memphis TN
CORY is hiring a hands-on execution-driven Area Manager to oversee performance across a 1500-unit Class A multifamily portfolio.

We are representing an owner-operator multifamily organization known for strong leadership an execution-focused culture and a high-performing Class A portfolio.
Your Responsibilities as a Leader:
Oversee day-to-day operations across a 1500-unit multifamily portfolio ensuring strong performance and consistency across assets.
Partner closely with the team to drive occupancy financial performance and resident satisfaction.
Conduct regular property walks and performance reviews to identify opportunities and ensure standards are met.
Coach and support team members to build accountability and develop high-performing teams.
The Skills & Experience You Possess:
3 years of multisite or regional-level experience within multifamily property management
Strong operational and financial acumen with the ability to drive results across multiple assets
Hands-on accountable leader with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through

Base salary of $110K/year
