Qualifications :
B2B Sales Specialist
- Must be a college graduate
- At least 2 years B2B sales or support experience
- Preferably with CRM background
Retention Specialist
- Must be a college graduate
- Must have at least 2 years experience in renewals retention or inside sales
-Must be familliar with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot)
Tech Customer Success Specialist
- Must be a college graduate
- Must have at least 2 years relevant experience
- Must have experience with customer success principles SaaS business models and CS platforms
Good customer service skills
Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
Can start ASAP
