Whats the role
For this full-time opportunity we are open to location - be it Sydney Adelaide Melbourne or any other major city you will be able to step into the centre of Westpac Private Banks lending capability. As a Private Lending Manager youll work closely with our Private Wealth Bankers and Relationship Directors to design and deliver tailored lending solutions for high-net-worth clients.
Youll take the time to truly understand each clients story goals and complex financial structures then translate that insight into thoughtful well considered lending outcomes. From initial conversations through to credit assessment and settlement youll own the lending journey and ensure every interaction feels considered seamless and personal.
This role suits someone who enjoys building trusted relationships thinking creatively about lending solutions and delivering an experience that reflects the premium nature of private banking. Youll be part of a collaborative high performing team where your expertise is valued and your contribution genuinely makes a difference to clients lives.
What do I need
Experience in private business or premium banking with a strong focus on lending
A solid understanding of consumer and business lending credit principles
Strong financial analysis skills including working with complex income structures
Clear confident communication and the ability to build lasting client relationships
OBP verification authority accreditation is highly regarded
