AMG Healthcare Services is currently seeking several Rehab LPNs for a position at a Nursing Home Rehab Center located in Boynton Beach FL.

Pay is set at $27.00/hour & overtime is set at $40.50/hr. (weekly direct deposit) Schedule is dependent on what you want to work for the week each week (as many or as little shifts/week as desired) 8-hr shifts 3 shift times (7am-3pm 3pm-11pm & 11pm-7am)

Position: Rehab LPN Per Diem/Float Pool

Pay Rate: $27.00/hr (OT: $40.50/hr)

Facility Setting: Rehabilitation Center (Nursing Home)
Type of Patients: Adults Geriatrics
Shifts & Schedule: Flexible scheduling (you decide what shifts you want to work per week each week.)

Job Summary: Licensed practical nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing care to an assigned group of patients. Support staff will assist LPN throughout the shift. LPN will monitor chart and provide care/treatment/med admin to Adult and/or Geriatric residents undergoing physical rehabilitation as needed. Works in a team environment and within scope of practice as defined by State. The LPN works under the direction of physicians and registered nurses (RNs).

**JOB DUTIES**

Observation of the residents (e.g. location activity position etc.)
Administration of medication & treatments
Collection of information to assist the care plan team in the plan of care
Communicates with RNs and or physicians regarding pertinent resident observations and information
Documents observations and care in compliance with standards of care and company policy
