Job Title: Finance Specialist II

Pay: $33-38/hr on W2
Position Overview:
The Finance Specialist II will support Global Supply Chain (GSC) Enterprise Standards by managing financial processes ensuring compliance and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires strong analytical skills communication abilities and a willingness to work across multiple operational sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support financial planning reporting and analysis activities for GSC operations
- Ensure compliance with enterprise financial standards policies and procedures
- Assist in budgeting forecasting and variance analysis
- Collaborate with operations supply chain and cross-functional teams to drive financial performance
- Participate in financial audits and support audit preparation activities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends risks and improvement opportunities
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Support process improvements and standardization initiatives across departments
- Travel to different sites as needed to support operations and financial activities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field
- 23 years of relevant finance or accounting experience
- Strong understanding of financial principles and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Oil & Gas (O&G) industry
- Exposure to audit processes or financial compliance
- Experience working with cross-functional or global teams
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Adaptability to work with multiple departments and stakeholders
- Willingness to travel and work across different operational sites
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Work Environment:
- Office-based role
- Occasional travel to operational sites may be required
