Job Summary
Are you the finance professional of the future Are you looking for an internship where you can make real impact in an international dynamic and sporty organization If youre in the 3rd year of your Bachelor Finance or Business Economics (HBO) and looking for a working internship then this vacancy is for you!
This is what your internship looks like:
You will join our Financial Control team which is responsible for the financial reporting and control of over 1500 clubs in six countries. This internship starts in September and has a minimum duration of 3 this internship youll work closely with the OPEX Financial Controller and gain hands-on experience with our monthly closing processes and continuous process improvements. Your work will directly support our mission to grow professionalize and stay in control during our European expansion.
Your responsibilities:
Participate in the month-end closing process;
Prepare journal entries and assist with variance analysis;
Review and reconcile general ledger accounts;
Assist in developing and improving cost control processes;
Help identify and resolve discrepancies;
Support with internal controls and documentation;
Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance and other departments.
Who Are You
You are a proactive and analytical student with a passion for finance and process optimization. You like working in a fast-paced environment are eager to learn and feel comfortable working both independently and in teams.
Additionally were looking for someone who has:
Enrolment in a HBO Finance or Business Economics program (3rd year);
Availability of at least 4 days per week;
Good communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus);
Accuracy and curiosity to understand financial processes;
A hands-on mentality proactive mindset and confidence to take initiative.
