Job Summary
Join Coface Technologies and contribute to ICON a strategic platform undergoing large-scale modernization. You will lead a Java team delivering cloud-native scalable and resilient solutions using modern technologies.
Your Mission - You will combine hands-on technical leadership with people management guiding your team in building high-quality microservices while promoting ownership collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Java developers
Design and deliver microservices using Java and Spring Boot
Ensure code quality security performance and reliability
Collaborate with architects product owners and other teams
Drive architectural and technical decisions
Oversee code reviews CI/CD and production readiness
Contribute hands-on to complex features and POCs
Support agile planning estimation and delivery
Participate in recruitment and onboarding

Kafka
Oracle and MongoDB
Docker Kubernetes
GitLab CI / Jenkins
Centralized logging monitoring and observability
Qualifications :
Required Skills & Experience
BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related discipline
8 years of Java development experience; at least 3 years in a leadership role
Strong Java fundamentals (collections concurrency streams)
Proven experience with Spring Boot and REST APIs
Experience designing distributed and microservice-based systems
Good knowledge of database design and transaction management
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Strong time management and multi-tasking capability
Excellent communication and leadership skills (English)
Nice to Have
Event-driven systems and Kafka expertise.
Security best practices in distributed systems.
Experience in international environments.
