Your Mission
You will take full responsibility for retail performance across minimum 35 stores in the region & in total more than 250 employees.
Your key focus areas will be:
- Leading coaching and challenging your District Managers to outperform targets
- Driving a sales attitude culture and ensuring stores are always ready for customers
- Setting clear plans for improvements and following up on them
- Securing concepts and operational standards
- Strengthening career pathways and ensuring sustainable succession planning at regional level
- Working as a team member of the Country Management Team to align regional and national strategies
This role requires visibility in the field you will travel most of the week within your region and a certain flexibility is required.
What You Bring
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional retail results
- Strong commercial mindset and understanding of retail KPIs
- Several years of proven experience in distance leadership roles
- Customer-first approach combined with sharp commercial mindset
- High energy proactive attitude and ability to act decisively
- Leadership style based on coaching involvement and development
- Demonstrated ability and strong motivation to build high-performing teams and future leaders
- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities
- Fluent in English and French with min. B2 level in German
- Masters degree or similar business qualification are an advantage
