Job Summary
Pay Rates Starting between: $110975.00 - $146970.00/ year
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the preparation of the financial statements preparation and maintenance of annual budgets and operating plans managing accounting functions including inventory A/P and General Ledger Accounting.
- Prepares and reviews internal financial reports and analyses managing complex reconciliations of inter-company and inventory accounts.
- Prepares P&L and balance sheets and drives process improvement.
- Conducts month-end closing process addressing and resolving complex issues reviewing balance sheet reconciliations and performing variance analyses.
- In addition this position will partner with the management team on various business issues.
- The Manager Accounting will lead the audit process and have direct supervisory responsibilities.
- This role will supervise team members within the accounting department.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned by direct supervisor
Qualifications :
- Extensive knowledge of US GAAP accounting and reporting
- Proficiency in budgeting spreadsheets financial modeling
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy high transaction volume environment
- Extensive knowledge of business combinations and inventory accounting
- Proven ability to manage people processes and systems in a team-based environment
- Ability and desire to initiate cross-functional process improvements
- Bachelor of Science in Accounting or equivalent
- Previous Controller experience is preferred
- Audit experience is preferred
- Industry experience is highly preferred
- This position requires candidates to be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
