Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - Invoice to Cash (I2C)!
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the end-to-end Invoice to Cash (I2C) cycle including credit billing collections cash application dispute/deductions and process transformation and optimization. They will be responsible for analyzing current processes recommending and implementing improvements across people process and AI-led technology ensuring best-in-class I2C operations to enhance working capital and overall customer experience.
Key relationships for this role are Client Stakeholders (CFO I2C Leadership I2C practitioners) Practice organization Technology teams and partners Business Development Teams Regional and Global operations teams.
Responsibilities
Design build enhance and present solution proposals for the end-to-end Invoice to Cash value chain
Manage and respond to RFX (RFI RFP) requests
Analyse and optimize the end-to-end invoice-to-cash process across credit billing collections cash application and dispute/deduction management including performance metrics gathering and data analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance Sales Digital and other supporting functions to resolve issues and ensure a successful solution build in RFX responses
Identify and implement automation opportunities (e.g. GenAI AI and Agentic tools) to improve I2C effectiveness efficiency and experience
Lead due diligence assessments and identify transformation opportunities
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) such as DSO DDO collection effectiveness days to bill invalid deductions recovery rate etc. and establish tracking mechanisms and improvement opportunities
Ensure compliance with internal controls SOX requirements and company policies related to receivables and revenue recognition
Provide thought leadership in the I2C space including writing Point of Views or White papers in the public domain work with research partners and coach internal senior stakeholders in Sales on our offerings/capabilities and market trends etc.
Integrate leading edge technology with our solutions to provide committed business outcomes to clients
20-30% travel required to client locations

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Masters or Bachelors degree
Strong understanding of I2C processes controls and best practices
Excellent analytical problem-solving and project management skills
Effective communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally in global environments
Ability to develop and apply creative workable solutions to project-related challenges

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
relevant experience in end-to-end Invoice-to-Cash (solutioning or Consulting ideally)
Experience with automation or AR SaaS platforms (e.g. HighRadius BlackLine Sidetrade) is a plus
Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Workday Financials NetSuite).
Excellent communication In English verbal and written
Strong presentation skills and storyline building
Consultative selling expertise
Consulting project delivery
Creative thinking/ innovative and can-do attitude
Strong eye for business and understanding of business issues across multiple focus areas
Ability to engage senior client management on offerings emerging capabilities in I2C lead project scope discussions and provide insightful recommendations
