工作职责Job Responsibilities:
- 负责间接采购系统权限和审批等级管理审核亚洲区采购申请订单变更清除电子发票异常等Responsible for global NextGen access and spend approval administration helpdesk in Asia including BBD PR review PO change review invoice exception clearance etc.
- 负责员工差旅报销本审核及亚太区公司信用卡管理工作并为员工提供全球差旅政策及合规使用公司信用卡的相关培训Responsible for global MCTE expense report auditing and Asia Corporate Credit Card administration training on Global Travel Policy and compliance requirement for CC card usage etc.
- 负责支持间接采购差旅团队推进亚太区公司信用卡切换项目贯穿项目全流程包括新旧信用卡的申请停用与账户管理基于银行账单及报销数据开展账务分析与审核工作搭建并优化新卡使用流程配合项目按计划顺利实施并提升整体运营效率Responsible for supporting the Indirect Procurement Travel & Feet team in driving the APAC corporate credit card transition project. Oversee key activities across the full project lifecycle including new card applications legacy card deactivation and account administration. Perform financial analysis and reconciliation based on bank statements and expense reimbursement data. Support on the processes for a smooth implementation compliance and operational efficiency.
What You Have:
- Data-driven Decision Making: Knowledge of the data-driven decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to gather and analyze data to make organizational decisions that align with strategic business objectives and goals.
- Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems. Strong written Japanese skills with JLPT N1 certification or equivalent proficiency; fluent spoken Japanese is preferred
- Procurement: Knowledge of buying and procurement; ability to work with organizational strategies and practices and use tools for buying goods supplies equipment and services needed to conduct business.
- Knowledge of a Specific Procurement System: Knowledge of the features functions and operations of a specific procurement system; ability to develop and use tools techniques and practices for a specific procurement application. Identifies key components of the specific system using relevant language.
- Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit receive and accurately interpret ideas information and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. 具备优秀的日语书写能力通过日语能力考试 N1 或具备同等水平日语口语流利者优先

- 熟练使用微软Excel Power BI PowerPoint等办公软件Proficient in Microsoft Excel Power BI and PowerPoint
- 熟练使用 Power Query Power BI Power Automate Power Apps 有低代码编程能力者优先Proficiency in Power Query Power BI Power Automate and Power Apps; lowcode development capability is a plus
Additional information: 5 days on site is required
