Business Services Specialist Southern Cone

(Argentina Chile & Peru)

As Business Services Specialist for the Southern Cone you will play a key role in executing and supporting Business Services operations ensuring harmonized processes strong compliance and continuous improvement. This role partners closely with Commercial Business Practices and crossfunctional teams to simplify operations enhance performance and support our patient and customerfocused mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and support Business Services activities across Argentina Chile and Peru following established processes and contributing to a harmonized operating model for promotional and nonpromotional events and activities.

  • Independently manage assigned projects initiatives or workstreams ensuring alignment with business strategy and timely compliant execution.

  • Perform operational activities in full compliance with corporate policies applicable regulations and internal procedures ensuring accuracy and adherence to the company standards.

  • Maintain effective and proactive communication with crossfunctional teams to support alignment of activities and compliant execution.

  • Support the implementation of corporate initiatives related to process simplification automation and operational efficiency in coordination with Business Practices and other relevant functions.

  • Execute operational tasks related to the administration and ongoing maintenance of CRM and other systems supporting commercial operations.

  • Support purchase order processing and related documentation to facilitate accurate and timely supplier payment management.

  • Prepare analyze and support the consolidation of periodic reports on spend market trends team performance and other relevant operational metrics.

  • Provide highquality administrative and technical support to Commercial teams enabling increased focus on patients and customers.

  • Support activities aimed at strengthening culture of compliance including participation in audit preparation and execution activities.

Qualifications Required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to adopt and effectively leverage digital tools and management systems relevant to the role.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to build effective interpersonal relationships and collaborate within crossfunctional teams.

  • Strong organizational planning and prioritization skills.

  • Action and resultsoriented mindset with a proactive and solutiondriven approach.

  • Commitment to continuous learning adaptability and professional development.

  • Resilience empathy and a collaborative mindset in a dynamic fastpaced environment.

  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to support sound decisionmaking.

  • Proficiency in written and reading English.

Preferred

  • Two (2) to three (3) years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferably in marketing commercial operations or business management roles (e.g. Customer Services Business Support Business Administration).
