Position Summary:
The Project Technical Sales Specialist Lead is responsible for leading a teamof technical sales specialists while actively contributing to complex projectsales. This role combines leadership technical expertise and commercialstrategy to drive highquality solution development strengthen bidcompetitiveness and ensure alignment between customer needs and organizationalcapabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Mentor and support sales teammembers to foster an environment of learning and growth.
Monitor and delegate workload toensure efficient task distribution and customer responsiveness.
Manage the teams shared emailaccount to coordinate communications workload and inquiries.
Communicate actively with theProgram Manager and team members to ensure deadlines are met and best practicesare followed.
Provide administrative support forproduct and outside sales territories.
Collaborate with salesrepresentatives to evaluate performance identify improvement opportunitiesand provide direct feedback.
Support the team by enteringorders into the ERP system and Salesforce as needed.
Make daytoday decisions relatedto pricing and customer care within established guidelines.
Coordinate with internal andexternal stakeholders to fully develop accounts within designated territories;occasional onsite customer interaction is required.
Assist customers in selectingproducts based on project needs through applications and quote proposals.
Maintain a comprehensiveunderstanding of technical products including concepts of pressure flowtemperature and resistance.
Partner with the service team totroubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position includes supervisory responsibilities for direct reports withinthe project and customer relations teams.
Work Environment:
This role operates primarily in an office environment using standard officeequipment such as a computer phone printer and scanner. Occasional mobilitythroughout the facility and travel to customer sites may be required.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required totalk and hear. This position may involve both active movement throughout thefacility and periods of sitting at a workstation. Vision requirements includeclose distance and color vision as well as depth perception and focusadjustment.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a fulltime position Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 evening or weekend work may be required based on business needs.
Travel:
Overnight travel is rare; local travel to customer sites or other George Co. locations may be required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Required Education &Experience
High school diploma or GED withfive to seven years of related experience or training or an equivalentcombination of education and experience.
Experience in inside sales oraccount management with a proven ability to manage relationships with clientsand internal teams.
Strong leadership skills with theability to motivate mentor and coach a sales team.
Preferred Education &Experience
Bachelors degree in a relatedfield or seven to nine years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge of instrumentationproducts such as valves filters and gauges.
Familiarity with Salesforce andP21 systems.

Must have a valid drivers licenseand be legally authorized to work in the United States.
