Spreetail is looking for a Senior Analyst who can manage projects execute tasks and plan effectively. This person will be a cross-collaborator to align on processes. This role will own and evolve critical tools while building scalable data-driven solutions that enable teams to manage by exception and make faster more accurate decisions. The ideal candidate partners cross-functionally to translate complex data into actionable insights develops predictive analytics to guide long-term inventory performance and ensures operational excellence through robust reporting SOPs and training. Additionally this individual acts as a decision-support leader and mentor driving continuous improvement innovation and alignment across teams to support scalable business growth.

How you will achieve success:

Strategic Analytics and Tooling Leadership: Design and develop advanced analytics models and tooling infrastructure tooptimizeinventory levels and procurement.
Tool Development and Management: Oversee and enhance tools like ROB (Replenishment Open to Buy) NPR (New Part number Research) Inventory Control Tower and Inbound/Freight Optimization for efficient order quantity generation and allocation.Develop new tools for new business pursuits or advancing current operations.
Operational Excellence in Analytics: Ensure prompt response to business insights needs and tooling requisitions adhering to anSLA setresponse window.
Monitoring Reporting and Performance Management: Continuouslymonitorinventory levels and performance through advanced data analytics. Work to produce predictive analytics models that the reporting teams canutilizeto support key inventory metrics 1years in advance (COH Receipts OOS Inventory Turn Lost Sales Allocation % etc.).
Ad Hoc Decision Support: Provide data-driven insights for ad hoc inventory decisions supporting the inventory management team with necessary data and tools. Ensure the analysis explains business drivers ($s) vs. count metrics.

What experiences will help you in this role:

Bachelors degree in Economics Finance Business Statistics Mathematics Computer Science or a related field.
2-5years of experience inbusiness analytics.
Experience with scripting languages (Python or R).
Experience building SQL queries.
Experience with Excel (PowerBI Tableau and DAX are nice-to-haves).
