Reporting to the Senior Director US Comirnaty Strategy and Performance Lead the Comirnaty Retail Special Projects & Innovation Director will play a pivotal role in driving collaboration initiatives with major retail pharmacy partners.

The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong work ethic stellar organizational skills and an ability to create clarity in a highly dynamic cross-functional environment. The candidate can also manage competing priorities lead projects keeping everyone engaged and delivering. Prior experience within retail pharmacy setting across marketing vaccine operations and innovation is highly desired given a quick project ramp up.

HOW YOU WILL ACHIEVE IT

  • Structure and prioritize meeting feedback in order to distill highest value collaboration themes and drive alignment behind most important COVID-19 barriers to solve for 2026-2027 season.

  • As part of a cross functional team ideate around potential solutions to address consumer vaccination barriers while aligning to customer and Pfizer strategic prioritize.

  • Leverage data and analytics to size opportunity and quickly make resource and focus tradeoff decisions between competing solution ideas.

  • Develop execution plan for aligned ideas drive execution with a cross-functional ecosystem.

  • Identify barriers to execution problem solve and escalate as needed to maintain forward progress.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must-Have

  • Applicant must have a bachelors degree with at least 8 years ofexperience; OR a masters degree with at least 7 years ofexperience; OR a PhD with 5 years of experience.

  • Relevant experience with U.S. pharmaceutical biotechnology or healthcare.

  • Demonstrated strategic analytical and problemsolving skills.

  • Proven retail pharmacy acumen.

  • Strong collaboration communication and influence capabilities across complex matrix environments.

  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.

Nice-to-Have

  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated flexibility.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt and operate successfully.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

  • Occasional travel may be required (e.g. for conferences and off-site meetings).

  • In-person attendance is expected for high-impact strategic meetings workshops or planning sessions; particularly those led or facilitated by the director.
