Position: Field Technician
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of our remote patient monitoring technology at various healthcare facilities. This is a full-time on-site position that requires travel to different locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and set up remote patient monitoring equipment at healthcare facilities
- Train healthcare staff on the use and maintenance of the technology
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with the equipment
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates on the equipment
- Provide technical support to healthcare staff and patients as needed
- Document all activities and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a technical support or field technician role
- Knowledge of remote patient monitoring technology is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to travel to different locations as needed
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
