About the Role

We are expanding our recruitment network and looking for freelance recruiters to focus on hiring Live Studio Presenters and On-Camera Talent for global projects.

You will manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement working with high-demand roles and continuous hiring needs all with full flexibility and autonomy.

What Youll Do

Source and attract candidates for live studio and presenter roles
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
Screen interview and assess candidates
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fast and quality delivery
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines

What Were Looking For

Proven experience in sourcing and recruitment (high-volume preferred)
Fluent English (mandatory)
Strong communication and candidate management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on placements
