The Role
As Senior Architect and Team Lead at Filigree you are the technical backbone of every project you oversee. You validate scope before it is locked review all drawings before they reach the client mentor the production team below you and own the quality output of your pod. You are the last technical checkpoint before a drawing set goes out and the first person a junior calls when they hit a wall.

What You Will Do
Scope & QA Leadership

• Review project scope for technical feasibility at every Time Lock session; co-own Locked Hours with the Project Manager
  
• Review all production team output before it progresses to Discipline QA; return work with specific actionable comments never vague rejections
  
• Conduct final technical verification: standards compliance annotation quality and documentation completeness within 24 hours of receipt
  

Mentoring & Team Development

• Run at least one knowledge transfer session per month; identify skill gaps through QA patterns and assign targeted training tasks
  
• Track junior improvement quarter-on-quarter a measurably better junior is one of your KPIs
  

Standards & Audit

• Own Filigrees drawing and modelling standards if a standard is missing write it; if one is being broken fix the root cause
  
• Maintain the quality audit checklist; record recurring error patterns monthly and produce a prevention action for each
  
• Be reachable to the production team when they are technically stuck; resolve ambiguities the same day they are raised

• First submission approval rate

• Technical errors reported by client post-submission
  

Team Development

• Training tasks assigned to juniors

What You Bring
Must Have:

• 3-5 years of experience in architectural production or technical delivery in Pakistans construction sector
  
• Deep fluency in Revit and AutoCAD
  
• Proven experience owning QA processes and enforcing drawing standards across a team
  
• A track record of mentoring with measurable junior improvement
  
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and submission standards
  
• Bachelors degree in Architecture or Civil/Structural Engineering
  

Bonus:

• Experience building or refining a company-wide QA system
  
• BIM coordination experience: federated models clash detection IFC workflows
  
• US-standard (US) project experience
  
• PEC registration preferred
