Job Summary

As we transition from a service-oriented model to a product-driven platform we are expanding our hybrid Bengaluru based team. We are looking for a Data Processing Specialist to contribute to our mission by ensuring deliverables are produced in a timely manner and in accordance with client specifications. You will play a key role in connecting data to client outcomes ensuring accuracy speed and consistency across every project.

How Youll Make an Impact:

Maintain project oversight and communicating with our clients to ensure their requirements are being met.
Work closely with our Client Services and Programming teams to ensure thorough understanding of project and data requirements.
Utilize all tools made available by Konovo to facilitate efficient and accurate deliverables. These may include proprietary platforms standard industry tools and/or AI-assisted technology.
Ensure business needsare met through effective execution.

What Were Looking For:

Three years of experience in Market Research Data Processing with clear ownership of deliverables
Demonstrated strong analytical thinking and problem-solving with the ability to identify issues early and resolve them effectively
Proficient in at least one industry-standard tabulation tool with a clear track record of learning and adopting new tools quickly
Communicates clearly and confidently with both internal teams and clients ensuring alignment on requirements and outputs across global teams
Operates with high attention to detail and consistently delivers accurate client-ready work in fast-paced environments
Adapts quickly to changing priorities and works collaboratively across teams to move projects forward
Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
