Job Summary
Summary:
The Systems Analyst evaluates and improves business processes and IT systems acting as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze current systems and processes to identify improvements.
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT teams.
Collaborate with developers testers and users to ensure solutions meet requirements.
Perform systems testing and validation procedures.
Support training and rollout of new applications or systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
3 years of experience in systems analysis or business analysis.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
Experience with process modeling and workflow tools.
