Service Manager Family Relationship Centre Bundaberg

Employment Term:Permanent full-time

Location: Bundaberg

Remuneration: $119k Super NFP salary packaging of up to $15900 $2650 for meals & entertainment

Your part in our UnitingCare Queensland team

We are currently seekingaLocal Service Manager to join our Family Relationship Centreteam based in Bundaberg on a full-time basis.

In this position you will manage the day-to-day operations of our service in the Wide Bay region and provide professional leadership to employees with emphasis on delivery of high quality best practice service delivery.

Please note this position may include some regional travel.

What makes a difference for us

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Social Work Psychology or Social Science)

  • Experience Managing a funded program

  • Demonstrated experience in leading a team to achieve service performance outcomes together with an ability to provide quality supervision and training.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Current drivers licence

  • A current Blue Card or willingness to make an application for one

  • Willingness to undergo a Criminal History Check.

Preferred:

  • Experience providing services in a Family Relationship Centre

  • Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner accreditation is preferred but not essential
