About This Role:
Were hiring a Procurement Manager to support the manufacturing arm of a fast-growing consumer products business. This role owns supplier coordination end-to-endfrom issuing purchase orders and forecasting inventory needs to sourcing new vendors and negotiating pricing. The work is fast-paced and execution-heavy ideal for someone comfortable making decisions picking up the phone and solving problems quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
Issue and manage purchase orders with suppliers
Forecast inventory levels and trigger re-orders proactively
Source and evaluate new suppliers and vendors
Negotiate pricing lead times and MOQs
Review artwork templates for printed materials such as bags and labels
Handle urgent sourcing requests with speed and accuracy
Maintain organized records for suppliers pricing and timelines
Software/Platforms/Tools:
Google Sheets and Google Docs
Email
Slack
Zoom
Inventory or ERP tools (nice to have)
Qualifications:
35 years of freelancing experience.
Excellent written and verbal English communication (C1 or C2 level).
35 years of experience in procurement or manufacturing operations
Strong vendor communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable with phone calls and fast turnaround requests
Highly organized detail-oriented and proactive
Experience with packaging or printed materials is a plus
Shift Schedule:
Monday to Friday flexible as needed for supplier coordination with some overlap with US business hours
