We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to join one of our ongoing squads. This role focuses on building scalable and efficient data products that support analytical workflows and enterprise data delivery across our clients Analytics. You will be responsible for managing the full data product lifecyclefrom ideation to deliveryworking closely with data engineers analysts QA business stakeholders and other product teams to ensure high-quality data solutions.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

You have hands-on experience with SQL and are comfortable querying and analyzing large datasets across relational (e.g. PostgreSQL MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g. DynamoDB MongoDB) databases
You have a strong track record of working with data engineers and navigating complex data infrastructure to deliver scalable high-quality solutions
You are experienced in agile methodologies and lead sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives to drive iterative product development
You are an effective communicator who bridges technical and non-technical stakeholders fostering alignment across product engineering QA and business teams
You are results-oriented and use metrics and client feedback to prioritize work evaluate impact and drive continuous improvement
You have experience in the finance industry and understand the critical role of data quality timeliness and regulatory alignment
You are a proactive team member who promotes automation scalability and operational efficiency in all aspects of the data product lifecycle
Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices including risk management and ethical use.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the delivery of data products working with cross-functional teams including data engineering QA technology and business strategy
Translate business needs into data requirements with a strong focus on data workflows scalability and performance
Own the data product backlog prioritizing features technical tasks and improvements based on business value effort and dependencies
Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure accurate understanding of data structure source systems and integration logic
Actively manage sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives in an agile development environment
Ensure that data quality documentation lineage and governance standards are upheld
Identify opportunities to automate data workflows and reduce failure points across the data lifecycle
Communicate product status risks and decisions to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner
