Job Summary

Location: Caribbean (Remote)

About the Role:

You will design and lead a high-performing Project Management Office (PMO) driving execution excellence and standardization across all projects and programs.

Responsibilities:

Establish governance frameworks and program methodologies

Mentor and develop project managers within the organization

Align PMO activities with strategic objectives

Implement tools for real-time reporting and resource management

Serve as a change champion for project delivery

Requirements:

7 years in project/program management

Proven experience setting up or leading a PMO

Advanced knowledge of PM software and frameworks

Strategic mindset with strong stakeholder management skills

PMP PgMP or similar certification preferred
