The Test Manager oversees the planning execution and delivery of testing activities to ensure software quality across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Define test strategies plans and schedules.

Lead and manage a team of QA/test engineers.

Coordinate testing efforts across functional and technical teams.

Track testing progress and report quality metrics.

Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field.

5 years in QA/testing with 2 years in a managerial role.

Knowledge of manual and automated testing.

Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
