We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who is not only passionate about creating stunning visuals but also understands the intricacies of customer journeys and the profound impact design has on brand awareness and conversion rates. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail exceptional creativity and a knack for understanding and translating complex ideas into captivating designs.
Responsibilities:
Craft design solutions that align with the companys brand identity and objectives focusing on driving brand awareness and increasing conversions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute design solutions that meet project goals and objectives.
Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion ensuring deliverables are of the highest quality and delivered on time.
Utilize motion graphic expertise to create engaging and dynamic visual content elevating our brands presence across various platforms.
Incorporate feedback and constructive criticism to continuously refine and improve design work.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in graphic design motion design and UX principles.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as a graphic designer with a at least 1 year of experience as a senior graphic designer and proven track record of delivering high-quality design projects
Mastery of visual communication and design principles demonstrated through a strong portfolio of graphic design and/or related work.
Proficiency in Adobe Suite including Illustrator Photoshop and InDesign.
Expertise in motion design with the ability to create engaging animations and motion graphics.
Experience in the finance industry is a plus.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and receptiveness to feedback.
Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning and impactful designs
Knowledge of UX principles and best practices is preferred.
