Job Summary

Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Role Purpose:

The UI/UX Designer is responsible for creating intuitive engaging and user-friendly digital experiences. This role combines user experience research interaction design and visual design to deliver high-quality interfaces that meet business objectives and enhance user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct UX research including user interviews surveys and usability testing to understand user needs
Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications
Develop visually appealing UI designs that align with brand guidelines and design standards
Collaborate with product managers developers and stakeholders to translate requirements into user-centric designs
Apply design thinking principles to solve complex user experience problems
Maintain and improve design systems to ensure consistency across products
Stay updated on UI/UX trends tools and best practices to continuously improve design quality

Required Experience & Skills:

5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX research wireframing prototyping and visual design skills
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma Sketch Adobe XD InVision)
Understanding of interaction design usability principles and information architecture
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces

Preferred (Nice to Have):

Experience with front-end technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) for better collaboration with developers
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
Experience in design systems management and scalable UI frameworks
