Job Summary
Synergy Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team at a Veterans Home in Warrensburg MO. This is a part-time opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping patients improve their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services
- Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed
- Plan and coordinate patient discharge
- Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and support staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- NBCOT certification (or eligibility if graduating soon)
- Current or eligible Missouri OT license
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
