Were actively building a pipeline of high-caliber Controls Engineers to support multiple industrial automation and manufacturing clients across the U.S.

These roles sit at the center of plant performance uptime and modernizationdriving automation initiatives improving reliability and supporting production at scale.

If you have experience with PLC programming troubleshooting and industrial automation systems this is a strong opportunity to align your work with high-impact high-demand environments.

What Youll Do:

• Program troubleshoot and optimize PLC systems (Allen-Bradley Siemens etc.)
• Support and enhance HMI / SCADA systems
• Lead or support automation and controls projects
• Diagnose and resolve equipment and system issues to minimize downtime
• Work cross-functionally with maintenance engineering and operations teams
• Support continuous improvement and plant modernization initiatives
• Participate in startup commissioning and system upgrades

What You Bring:

• 3 years of experience in controls engineering or industrial automation
• Strong experience with:
  • PLC programming (Allen-Bradley Siemens preferred)
  • HMI / SCADA systems
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and control systems
• Strong understanding of industrial processes and equipment

Highly Desired:

• Experience with:
  • Robotics / automated systems
  • VFDs drives and motion control
  • Continuous or discrete manufacturing environments
• Exposure to:
  • Food & beverage chemicals metals packaging or building materials
• Willingness to relocate for the right opportunity (many roles offer support)

Compensation:

• $90000 $140000 base salary
• Higher for senior-level engineers and specialized automation expertise
• Many roles include:
