If you know how to shape model behavior engineer prompts at scale and integrate AI into production workflows this role will put you at the center of one of the fastest-growing domains in tech.

What Youll Do:

• Design and optimize high-performance prompts for LLMs (e.g. GPT-based systems)
• Build and iterate AI-driven workflows and automations across business functions
• Partner with engineering product and business teams to translate use cases into AI solutions
• Evaluate and improve model outputs for accuracy reliability and consistency
• Develop prompt libraries testing frameworks and reusable patterns
• Implement guardrails safety protocols and compliance-aware prompting strategies
• Contribute to AI system architecture including integrations with APIs and enterprise tools
• Continuously experiment with prompt chaining agent workflows and reasoning optimization

What You Bring:

• Experience working with large language models (LLMs) in real-world applications
• Strong ability to structure test and refine prompts for business outcomes
• Background in one or more of the following:
  • AI/ML NLP or data science
  • Software engineering or automation
  • Product operations or systems design with AI exposure
• Familiarity with tools such as:
  • OpenAI / Anthropic / open-source LLMs
  • Python APIs or workflow automation tools
• Ability to think in systems not just prompts
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable impact

Highly Preferred:

• Experience building AI agents or multi-step prompt workflows
• Exposure to LLMOps / evaluation frameworks / prompt testing methodologies
• Experience integrating AI into enterprise systems (HR finance operations etc.)
• Understanding of AI safety bias mitigation and governance frameworks
