Job Summary
Were looking for a temporary Stock Manager to join us at Telia.
My name is Evelina Staar and I am the proud manager of Delivery & Billing IoT. I am now looking for one temporary Stock Manager to be part of my team for one year due to maternity leave. A team where we all support and help each other in our day-to-day work. You will be working closely together with the rest of the team Product owners Excellence Managers and the Delivery Projects team with the responsibility to build and improve our logistic capabilities and stock related processes.
What youll do:
Delivery & Billing IoT is responsible for delivery logistics and stock management within Telias IoT area. For us to move our new products into a concrete way of work we attach great importance to creating agile and if possible automated processes to scale our business.
Your role will be to manage create rework and improve the stock and logistic flows on onboarded products in close collaboration with our business areas customers and partners. Participate in developing a new way of working to onboard new devices and products and where necessary drive this work in project form.
Support our product management hardware team and sourcing within the Nordic countries with information in supplier agreements such as details about packaging and regulations regarding guarantees and SLAs.
Responsible for stock levels for devices to ensure that we have forecasts for each part continuously updated including replacement and spare part.

You are a self-starter. You can manage your own work and priorities and drive things (and others) forward and always with Telias core values care dare and simplify in mind. You are flexible and can develop new ways of working as our business changes and new products are created.
You understand the importance of transparency and communication and you are a hands-on person who likes to get things done and like to cooperate with others.

Your experience:
- Relevant education
- Over 5-year experience in logistics
- Background in business/ process development is an advantage
- Insight in IoT and Telecom
- Excellent English skills
