Summary of Responsibilities

The Contents Project Coordinator initiates the process of obtaining the quote sent to the adjuster which will be used to have the restoration work performed by the Contents Estimator Scooper Technicians and the Project Managers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Create a customer file in Encircle to capture the job estimate documentation content pack out and payment.
Enter the job into DASH to maintain visibility of the restoration project invoicing and equipment and technician scheduling.
Assign Estimator the Scooper and Project Manager to the customer job.
Works with the homeowner on the storage method to be used and the location.
Coordinate and manage content inventory and documentation including detailed tracking using restoration software and inventory systems.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Required Skills and Experience

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required.

Education and/or Experience High School or GED diploma with Content experience.
Language Skills Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions correspondence and memos. Ability to write letters and prepare other documents as needed. Proofreads work.
Mathematical Skills Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure for basic algebraic and geometric calculations.
Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills Knowledge of computer workstations and peripheral equipment; knowledge of database spreadsheet email and word processing software. Must he be able to work on DASH and Encircle.
Communication Skills Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing in English and Spanish.
Vision Ability to view documents multiple screens and read handwritten documents.
