Job Summary
Key job responsibilities
- Identify and drive opportunities for improved cash flow margin or productivity improvements related to customer receivables.
- Define/assess key performance indicators. Develop operational and business metrics and service level agreements for programs and processes and track delivery against global objectives.
- Lead business case development collate inputs and challenge assumptions on performance drivers and projections from stakeholders
- Develop and maintain effective partnership between Finance Operations and O2C stakeholders.
- Support operational escalations effectively to ensure root cause analysis and effective problem resolution.
- 3 years of tax finance or a related analytical field experience
- 4 years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- 4 years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
- 4 years of identifying leading and executing opportunities to improve automate standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
- Bachelors degree in engineering statistics or business or Bachelors degree and 5 years of quantitative role (engineering process re-engineering quality assurance) experience
- 3 years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
- 4 years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- MBA or CPA
- Knowledge of Tableau
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL MS Access Essbase Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle SAP Lawson JD Edwards)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
