QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must be a New York State certified school psychologist (Bilingual Extension preferred).Experienceincompleting bilingual CSE evaluations required.It is required that candidates attach a PDF or a screenshot of their certifications.Candidatesmust have extensive knowledge of the Buffalo Public Schools Academic Achievement Plan the role of theCommittee on Special Education Federal and State regulationspertaining toSpecial Education including the educational benefit review process extensive knowledge of measuring student response to intervention (RTI) and successful parent relations at a school or district setting thatareverifiable.

APPOINTMENT:
Appointment will be made by the Board of Education upon the recommendation of the Superintendent following assessment of training experience certifications credentials and evaluation of service. Personal interviews shall be scheduled where appropriate.
SALARY: As per the current BTF contractfordaily rate
