Job Summary

Development and implementation of change strategies in transformation projects ideally in the context of SAP
Conception hands-on build and rollout of Digital Adoption Platforms (e.g. SAP EnableNow WalkMe Whatfix Userlane) including the creation of in-app assets (walkthroughs tooltips/SmartTips hotspots contextual help) using the respective editors/studios.
End-to-end enablement: segmentation versioning localization testing & go-live plus adoption KPIs (e.g. usage completion reduction of support tickets).
Implementation and operation of learning management systems (LMS/LXP) including SCORM/xAPI packaging course structuring assignments assessments and reporting (e.g. SuccessFactors Learning).
Design of AI-driven learning solutions and personalized enablement concepts (e.g. recommendations learning analytics).
Integration of technologies to enhance accessibility (WCAG) and user experience in learning content and in-app guidance.
Execution of stakeholder analyses targeted communication initiatives and trainings (German/English).
Close collaboration with HR development IT and business units including the establishment of governance for content lifecycle and translations.

EndtoEnd Enablement: Segmentierung Versionierung Übersetzungen Testing & GoLive sowie AdoptionKPIs (z.B. Nutzung Completion Reduktion von SupportTickets).
Einführung und Betrieb von Lernmanagementsystemen (LMS/LXP) inkl. SCORM/xAPIPackaging Kursstruktur Zuweisungen Assessments und Reporting (z.B. SuccessFactors Learning).
Gestaltung von AIgestützten Lernlösungen und personalisierten EnablementKonzepten (z.B. Empfehlungen Learning Analytics).
Integration von Technologien zur Förderung von Barrierefreiheit (WCAG) und User Experience in Lerninhalten und InApp Guidance.
Durchführung von Stakeholderanalysen zielgruppenspezifischen Kommunikationsmaßnahmen und Trainings (DE/EN).
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Personalentwicklung IT und Fachbereichen sowie Etablierung von Governance für ContentLifecycle und Übersetzungen.

Qualifications :

Several years of experience in Organizational Change Management in technology/ERP-driven projects (ideally SAP).
Proven hands-on production in a Digital Adoption Platform (e.g. SAP EnableNow WalkMe Whatfix Userlane) using editor/studio with productive in-app assets.
At least one end-to-end DAP rollout incl. segmentation versioning localization and adoption KPIs (usage completion support ticket reduction).
Practical LMS/LXP publishing: SCORM/xAPI packaging assignments assessments and reporting (e.g. SuccessFactors Learning).
Familiar with change methodologies (ADKAR/Prosci/Kotter) and instructional design; focus on measurable adoption.
Strong communication and empathy; excellent German and English; affinity for AI-driven learning and UX/accessibility (WCAG).

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Organizational Change Management in technologie-/ERP-getriebenen Projekten (idealerweise SAP).
