Job Summary
Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring an Accounting Supervisor Refinery Payables & Processing on a full-time permanent basis within our Corporate Accounting team. This is a hybrid position and is based in Saskatoon SK or Regina SK.

What youll do:
Lead and supervise processing payables and data entry teams overseeing daily processing of contractor inventory purchasing invoices and timesheets.
Support the review and approval of contractor invoices to ensure accuracy proper authorization and compliance with contract terms tax regulations and internal policies.
Identify and implement process improvements including automation and system enhancements to increase efficiency.
Provide guidance and support on invoicing and work order inquiries across the organization.
Lead coach and develop team members ang manage processing workload during annual turnaround activities

The Team: You will work closely with Corporate Accounting project teams and operational departments across the organization. You will lead a team of accounting professionals and collaborate with leaders across the business. You will report to the Senior Manager Corporate Accounting and contribute to a culture focused on collaboration accountability and continuous improvement.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Finance and:
- Have 69 years of progressive accounting experience with supervisory experience considered an asset.
- Have a Bachelors Degree in Commerce or Business with a major in accounting (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
- A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred.
