Job Summary
1IN0606 Data & Analytics Engagement Lead
Giza Egypt (EG)
We are looking for a Data & AnalyticsEngagement Lead who canunlock the value of data acrossProjects & Equipment operations by driving strategy governance andadoption of analytical solutions. He/She will act as the bridge between business teams Datateams and product organizations to build strong data foundations andaccelerate data-driven decisionmaking.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Define & drive the Data & Analytics visionfor ProjectEquipment & Service activities.
- Structure and harmonize data spaces & domainsin alignment with Schneider Electrics data governance.
- Align with business leadersto identify priorities and maximize business impact.
- Lead Data & Analytics communities sharing best practices and growing data culture.
- Coordinate deployment of analytics tools(Power BI dashboards forecasting automation AI).
- Ensure data quality reliability and standardizationthrough robust mapping and pipelines.
- Manage Data & Analytics projects(roadmaps KPIs dependencies reporting to leadership).
- Collaborate withData Engineering IT Architecture Digital Factory and other global teams.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelors degree inbusinessrelatedfields.
- 5 years inData & Analytics.
Required Skills
Technical:
- Strong understanding of data architecture data domains data quality & pipelines.
- Expertise in analytics platforms (Power BI / Tableau).
- Cloud knowledge (Azure preferred).
- Familiarity with FO processes (sales delivery project execution support supply chain).
Functional:
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable data solutions.
- Strong crossfunctional leadership and communication skills.
- Experience managing complex multistakeholder projects.
- Comfortable working in matrixed and international environments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication ensuring clear professional and effective engagement with clients.
- Ability to work in a global environment collaborating with international teams and supporting cross-border initiatives including potential travel.
