Job Summary
CNC Operator - RMT
Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday Day Shift
Location: Woodburn OR
GLISS General Labor & Industrial Staffing Solutions is hiring for an experienced CNC Operator - RMT for a water well industry manufacturer. Ideal candidate will have verifiable experience strong troubleshooting problem-solving skills great attention to detail good time management & the ability to work independently or in a team.
Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines (mills/lathes) to produce parts including loading raw materials securing workpieces and setting up tooling according to blueprints or work orders.
Load verify and initiate programs (DNC/USB); perform offset changes (wear & geometry) as required.
Use precision measuring instrumentssuch as calipers micrometers and height/thread gaugesto check part dimensions against blueprints.
Perform routine preventative maintenance including checking lubrication/coolant levels cleaning the machine and removing chips.
Complete production logs travelers and quality reports to ensure traceability and continuity across shifts.
Adhere to all OSHA ITAR and company-specific safety policies including wearing required PPE
Qualifications:
CNC operation experience 1 year(s) RMT experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs climb ladders and work in varied environmental conditions.
