Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Supervisor to join a day service supporting adults with autism in Tallaght.
This role involves leading a team to deliver high-quality person-centred supports enabling individuals to live independently develop skills and actively engage in their communities.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team to deliver person-centred care
- Ensure supports are delivered in line with individual care plans
- Promote independence community participation and skill development
- Support individuals with daily living activities including personal care
- Foster a positive respectful and engaging environment
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years recent experience as a Social Care Worker supporting individuals with complex needs
- Experience supervising or managing a team
- Strong understanding of social care legislation and best practice
- Knowledge of the needs and rights of individuals with autism
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and manage team rotas
- Experience leading meetings and supporting staff
- Full manual drivers licence (essential)
