About the role:
The People Solutions - HR Senior Associate plays a pivotal role in shaping and driving the success of the People SolutionsHR Operationsteam within People & Culture. This is a dynamic multi-faceted role that spans the full spectrum of HR this role you willbe responsible forsupporting and delivering across a wide range of core HR areas including but not limited to HR operations recruitment and onboarding payroll and reward performance managementemployee relations learning & developmentand HR policy and compliance.

What youwill do:
Youllpartner closely with stakeholders across the People Solutions team and the business to deliver proactive and solution focused HR services. This role requires an individual witha strong foundationin HR principles and practices exceptional analytical skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across various levels of the firm.
Together with fellow People Solutions Senior Associates proactively support the People Solutions Manager todevelopthe team ensuringquality delivery of all HR operations and championingexcellent employee experience.
Monitor and uphold service excellence ensuring KPIs and ServiceDeliveryTargetsareconsistently met and aligned with our commitment tohigh standards.
Lead anddeliverinitiatives for People Solutions ensuring deadlines are met and team members areequippedtrainedandempowered todeliver the required services.
Act as a trustedadvisor to the team providing insights and guidance on complex HR mattersand supporting the development of junior team members building confidence and capability
Navigatecomplex employee relations matters such as performance improvement plans (PIPs) with confidence.
Effectively delegate tasks to team members ensuring clear ownership balanced workloads andtimelyexecution across the team.
Collaboratewith stakeholders/Centres ofExcellenceto deliver an excellent service delivery to them understanding their needs and challenges.
Lead HR projects that driveefficiencyeffectivenessand innovationacross PeopleSolutions.
Identifyand implementprocess improvements fosteringa culture ofcontinuousimprovement and value creation.
Embraceemergingtechnologies supporting the team in developing digital skillsandcapabilitiesand adopting new tools that enhance service delivery.
Promote teamwellbeing while fostering a collaborative innovative culture.
Support the developmentof junior team members by recognising theirstrengthsmanagingperformanceand encouraging open and constructive feedback.
Activelyseekto broaden understanding of the business and its strategic prioritiesdemonstratingcuriosity and adaptability while contributing to the embedding of our people value proposition.
Support or manage other ad hoc tasksprojectsor initiatives in the People & Culture team when they arise.
Who we are looking for:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resourcesor related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience.
Proventrack recordof successfully partnering with stakeholders to deliver strategic HR services.
Strong working knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
Proficiencyin HR systems and MS Office Suite; experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and perform in a dynamic environment.
Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
High levelof integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Proactive and self-motivated witha strong senseof ownership and accountability.
Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on HR trends.
Ability to constructively question the status quo and propose constructive and creative ideas to address observed gaps.
