Driver Semi-skilled Construction Operative
Working in our properties across the areas of Northampton Kettering Peterborough March Milton Keynes and Dunstable
Permanentfull time 37.5 hpw Monday to Friday with on call on a rota basis.
32281 per annum plus van great benefits including matching pension contributions

What youll do
- As Driver Semi-skilled Construction Operative all allocated jobs are completed right first time with a whole job repair approach providing a brilliant service for our customers.
- Supporting our trades team across a range of repairs maintenance and property refurbishment tasks including Joiners Roofers Decorators Bricklayers Plumbers etc.
- Site activities including clearing disposals driving and storage of materials Mould Washes. Youll support us to improve first time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers homes.

You have
- Experience in a range of Driving/Labouring work in a maintenance environment.
- Knowledge of building construction and building trade activities.
- A flexible approach able to use your own initiative and judgement.
- A full current driving licence as you will be provided with a company van for business use and commuting.

- Working Monday to Friday
- You must be able to use technology for logging jobs complete online learning and collaborating with other colleagues.
- Youll need a Basic DBS and health check done we pay for that.
