- Collaborate across products to drive ongoing improvement and platform uptake working closely with partners to influence product strategy and contribute to the product development roadmap
Key Project management include key metrics initiate key milestone plan and control project performance analysis and report (P&L analysis market share position competition analysis).

Qualification & Requirements
Education: MS in Physics Optics Electronics or a related Engineering field.
Experience:
- Industry Expertise: 10 years of combined experience in Engineering (5 yrs) and Sales/Marketing/Business Development (5 yrs) within the optical communications sector.
- Leadership: 5 years of experience in people management within technical or development functions.
- Project Management: Proven track record of managing complex projects and resolving technical/business issues.
- Customer Engagement: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with Tier-1 customers.
Skills & Competencies:
- Business Acumen: Superior analytical skills in strategic business and financial planning; strong marketing sense for the communications market.
- Communication: Exceptional English (verbal and written) with the ability to influence all levels of an organization.
- Execution: Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with high integrity and professionalism.
