Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join a busy outpatient orthopedic clinic. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a steady patient load while delivering high-quality patient-centered care in a structured clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions in an outpatient setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Manage a daily caseload of 1214 patients
Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure effective patient outcomes

Schedule & Work Expectations:

Guaranteed 36 hours/week with the expectation to work up to 40 hours
Overtime must be approved by the director prior to working additional hours
No floating required

Requirements:

Outpatient experience preferred
First-time travelers will not be considered
New graduates will not be considered
PTA candidates will not be considered
Active Physical Therapist license required
