Job Summary
Commercial Drywall Estimator
Were working with a highly respected commercial drywall contractor thats continuing to grow. They specialize in large-scale projects including healthcare education retail and corporate interiors and are looking to add an experienced Estimator to their team.
This is a great opportunity to join a stable well-run company with a strong backlog of work and a clear path for advancement.
What Youll Do
- Prepare detailed estimates for drywall metal stud framing insulation and acoustical scopes
- Perform takeoffs and pricing using On-Screen Takeoff (OST) and Quick Bid
- Collaborate with GCs project managers and internal teams to develop competitive proposals
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and manage multiple bid timelines
What Theyre Looking For
- 3 years of commercial drywall/framing estimating experience
- Proficiency with OST and Quick Bid
- Strong attention to detail organization and communication skills
- Experience working on projects valued at $1M preferred
