About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned peoplefirst leader to help advance how we partner with suppliers and support Enterprise Operations across the organization. As Senior Director of Operations Strategic Sourcing & ThirdParty Management you will lead experienced teams while continuing to shape strategy strengthen internal partnerships and elevate how we deliver value at scale.
This role sits within Global Procurement ThirdParty Management & Shared Services (GPTPMS) and offers the opportunity to influence outcomes that matter while developing talent building trust and helping the organization navigate change with confidence.
What Youll Do
In this role you will balance strategic leadership with handson guidance helping teams and partners succeed together.
- Lead and support Category Management Strategic Sourcing and ThirdParty Management teams across Enterprise Operations and BPO categories
- Partner closely with business leaders to design and execute sourcing strategies that drive cost savings cost avoidance risk reduction enhanced business outcomes and and service improvement for suppliers across the enterprise
- Provide leadership and oversight for complex supplier negotiations and contract structures including master service agreements and statements of work
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach strengthening team capability in sourcing strategy supplier management and commercial negotiations
- Ensure clear communication alignment and momentum across sourcing initiatives in a matrixed environment
- Develop a strong understanding and forecast of key cost drivers and market factors in the BPO category through continuous research and monitoring. Fully leverage partnerships with market intelligence firms in the process.
- Lead supplier performance risk and compliance management with a consistent enterprisewide approach
- Support change initiatives with resilience and clarity helping teams adapt while staying focused on outcomes
- Serve as an escalation point for critical supplier or stakeholder issues resolving challenges thoughtfully and effectively
- Contribute to the continued evolution of GPTPMS processes talent strategy and ways of working
What Youll Bring
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement strategic sourcing or thirdparty management
- At least 5 years of people leadership experience
- Deep expertise in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) categories
- Strong understanding of commercial and legal contract terms
- Proven ability to lead and influence in a matrixed organization
- Strong communication relationshipbuilding and conflictresolution skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a business or related field or equivalent practical experience
- Experience supporting onshore and offshore sourcing models
- Background across indirect procurement categories in large organizations
- Experience with procurement and contract lifecycle management systems (e.g. Ariba iCertis)
- Familiarity with thirdparty risk and performance management practices
- Experience in healthcarerelated industries
- Knowledge of HIPAA Business Associate Agreements and related healthcare concepts
- Industry certifications (e.g. SIG CSCP CPM)
