What youll be doing:
Role Requirements:
- Attend meetings to understand specific requirements of our Client and Customers
- Communicate effectively between the Site Manager Construction Team and Customers to ensure the smooth completion of works.
- Identify customer concerns prior to the commencement of works ensuring these are communicated to the construction team.
- Prioritise your workload managing your time effectively to deliver a response to customer concerns in line with KPIs
- Resolve customer issues or concerns quickly and effectively delivering our right first time commitment.
- Based on site to effectively liaise with customers and Site Managers
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams sub-contractors and local authorities to resolve customer concerns.
- Submit weekly and monthly reporting statistics.
- Maintain up to date records of documentation which will support the delivery of prompt accurate and relevant information through written and verbal correspondence.
- You will be required to enter customers homes collect personal information and liaise with them regularly throughout the programme of works
- Ensure the timely delivery of competing priorities within deadlines with minimum supervision
Essential Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven experience of engaging with customers clients and contractors
- Comfortable to support vulnerable and or challenging customers providing positive outcomes
- Ability to take ownership of an issue and find solutions to complex challenges
- Driven individual with strong leadership and influencing skills
- Meticulous and organised
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload effectively
- Full UK Driving License is essential
